Midalys Lopez was born in Cuba and immigrated to New York in 1981. Ms. Lopez received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Pace University in White Plains, New York. She then moved to Florida in 1991 and continued to work as a Legal Assistant in different fields of law throughout her career. Her main concentration has been in the field of personal injury and medical malpractice. Ms. Lopez achieved her Associates Degree in Paralegal Studies in May 2011. She joined the Law Offices of Robert Dixon in 2012. Ms. Lopez is currently a Florida Registered Paralegal.

Ms. Lopez concentrates in working on the litigation phase of the cases. Her duties consist in drafting and preparing legal documents, scheduling depositions, mediation, and assisting attorney in preparing for trials. Ms. Lopez has more than 15 years of experience in the field of personal injury law and is fluent in Spanish and English.
